Does the map give you a hint?
You can buy from any licensed dealer or auction.
You can floor trade-ins and private party purchases with prior approval from Floor Plans, Inc.
You can buy where you want to buy.

WHAT WILL I BE OBLIGATED TO DO IF I GET A FLOOR PLAN?
YOU HAVE NO MINUMUMS EXCEPT FOR THE BANK SERVICE FEE.
- Some dealers use our floor plan during the winter months.
- Some dealers use our floor plan during the summer months.
- Some dealers use our floor plan all year long.
- We will need the check copy and auction slip or bill of sale.
- We will need the original title with our lien noted.
- Annually, you will need to prepare personal and business financial statements to give to Floor Plans, Inc.
- By tax filing date you give to Floor Plans, Inc. a copy of your tax returns for the previous year.

You know how to run your business better than we do. You know what cars, and what condition and mileage you can sell. You will not find us trying to change that. You will be free to continue as you have been in the past.

OUR AVERAGE DEALER...
- Has been in business for 3 years or more.
- Has been doing business in the same place for some time.
- Has an above average credit history.
- Has a good track record.
- Usually buys from auctions and other dealers.
- Buys cars that wholesale for less than $10,000.
- Allows Floor Plans, Inc. help him make a profit.
